The Mission

Traditional Latin menu that will charm

The Mission serves modern Latin cuisine in a setting that blends Old World charm and modern elegance. The restaurant itself appeals to all kinds of diners, with outdoor seating areas, intimate indoor tables and a lively community table in the lounge. Chef Matt Carter and Brain Raab mix tradition and innovation in signature dishes and hand-pressed cocktails. Taco varieties include pork shoulder (smoked and slow braised for 12 hours), mahi mahi, Tecate skirt steak, chicken, roasted organic butternut squash and short rib barbacoa. Other dishes include meats cooked over pecan and mesquite, and Spanish griddle dishes of salmon, scallops, cod or duck confit. Brunch is served on Saturdays and Sundays, offering both sweet and savory breakfast favorites. Outside seating is perfect for enjoying a romantic dinner or noshing on a cheese plate while sipping a glass of wine (or a high-quality tequila) on a spring afternoon. The Mission is upscale and sophisticated, yet casual for a truly unique experience that puts a modern twist on Mexican favorites.
