A trendy fast-casual dining spot in the heart of the city
“Making happy food for a happy world” is Flower Child’s mantra. Local sourcing is their priority, and they work with ranchers who raise their animals naturally and without additives. All of the food on the extensive menu is cooked fresh and creatively prepared. Try the kombucha on tap, variety of local beers and wines and the selection of iced and hot teas.
Vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free items are available on the menu, which is rife with fresh vegetables and tasty sides, whole grain wraps, hot pots and bowls, and vegetable and grain plates. Add a protein to any dish, choosing from grass-fed steak, sustainable salmon, chicken or organic tofu. The menu at Flower Child is fun and flexible, and accessible for those who may want to eat healthy but don’t know where to start. You can even pick up a family dinner that includes a protein and three large sides for $33 to $45, depending on your choice of meat or tofu; for a larger party, you can get a larger portion and add a side for $16 to $18 more. Flower Child’s Phoenix location features a spacious patio if you’d rather dine out. A new location is planned for Scottsdale in the coming months.
